We help people hear about clinical studies that suit them, and explain research clearly enough for them to decide.
Why Selora exists
New treatments reach patients only after volunteers have helped test them. Studies regularly struggle to find enough people, and the people who would gladly take part rarely hear about the right study at the right time.
Selora sits between the two. You tell us a little about yourself once. We keep looking on your behalf, and we get in touch only when there is a reason to.
Along the way we try to make research less mysterious. The guides on this site explain how trials are run, what your rights are, and what a visit is actually like, so you can judge any study on your own terms.
How matching works
Four steps, and you control the last one

You sign up
Give us your name, email, mobile number, ZIP code and the area of study closest to you. It takes about two minutes.

We read what studies ask for
Each study publishes who it is looking for: age, health, medicines, distance. We read those criteria for studies recruiting near you.

We tell you when one lines up
If a study looks like a fit, we send you a short message with what it is about and how to ask the study team.
- 4
The study team takes it from there
They explain the study in full, check whether you can join and answer your questions. Whether to go ahead is your choice alone.
What we do

- Tell you, by text or email, when a study looks worth asking about
- Explain clinical research in plain language
- Stop contacting you the moment you ask
What we do not do
- Run studies, employ investigators or treat patients
- Give medical advice or tell you whether to take part
- Decide whether you qualify for a study
- Charge you anything, at any stage
- Pass your details to a study team without your say-so

We are independent of the studies we tell you about. We do not test treatments ourselves, and nothing on this site is a recommendation of any particular study or treatment.
